Ray Barter, After 35 years working as a professional carpenter within the building and construction industry operating his own renovation business becoming a Home Inspector seemed like a natural progression for Ray. He feels having this depth of knowledge as an Inspector is a must and helps to visually detect defects and to form accurate inspection reports. He has since hung up his tool belt and now devotes his time to inspecting homes.

Ray completed the Carson Dunlop Home Inspection Course and the required Home Inspector Association BC (HIABC) exams along with many hours of field training in order to become a licensed home inspector. Xray Home Inspections is also committed to continued training through further education courses.
